The Industrial Injection 250hp 115% Over Race 4 Injectors start out as a genuine stock re-manufactured injector from the factory then have been extrude honed and balanced to a perfect matching set injectors that flow 55LPM. The Race 4 250HP 115% Over injectors should be ran with one of our Silver Phatshaft turbos, Single S400 or our compound turbo setups to run more efficiently and to help reduce EGTs. We Also recommend a CP3 upgrade like our 120% over Double Dragon Fire Pump or Dual CP3 Kit. These injectors come with a new copper crush washer and o-rings for installation. Injectors are an OEM Genuine part that is a direct replacement injector. Each injector is Individually tested on a state of the art test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery.

When replacing the injectors in your 6.7L Common Rail we highly recommend replacing the injector connecting tubes to avoid new injector contamination. The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the injector connecting tubes.
